The ADP is a monthly programme in which commercial accommodation providers report their activity. RTO areas are smaller than, and do not always line up with, regions. level.
The ADP began with June 2020 data. It replaced Stats NZ’s Accommodation Survey (which ended with September 2019 data) and uses a different method, so the two series are not directly comparable.
